Job description
Carolina Builders Group builds 300 homes a year across the Charlotte region. We need a project manager for our Ballantyne communities.
What you will do
- Manage schedules, budgets and subcontractors
- Walk homes with buyers and inspectors
- Keep sites safe and on schedule
What we are looking for
- Five years of residential construction experience
- Strong scheduling and budgeting skills
- Valid driver's license
Pay: $95,000 to $115,000 a year. Benefits: Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and paid holidays.
