Lead a team of 25 at our Boulder store and own sales, staffing and the customer experience.
What you will do
- Hire, train and coach the store team
- Plan schedules and control labor costs
- Hit sales and margin goals
What we are looking for
- Three years of retail management experience
- Strong people leader
- Comfortable with sales reporting
